On this amazing motorcycle trip, we take you through 3 states, Arizona, Utah and Nevada, and through some of the most amazing and impressive scenery that the United States has to offer.

​

We visit small wild-west cities, but also amazing Las Vegas, as the trip starts and ends. We also drive on one of the best pieces of Route 66, The Mother Road, where you can really live in how the road was its greatness.

​

The trip offers desert, prairie, mountains, forests, rivers and some of the coolest motorcycle roads that are found and really enjoyed on the backs of our Harleyer. The nature parks stand in line on this trip, we will visit the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon and Zion.

This amazing and lovely warm trip can be extended with our equally beautiful trip, California Round, which runs in continuation of this trip.

Day 1: Denmark - Las Vegas, Nevada

The guides from Viking Motorcycle Tours take you to the airport in Las Vegas and drive you to our hotel. We hold a brief info meeting, then a peek at the city and possibly a bite to eat before the quilts call.

​

Day 2: Las Vegas - Kingman, Arizona.

We start the day to pick up our motorcycles, and then start our Arizona / Utah tour. First we drive out of Las Vegas to the impressive dam, Hoover Dam. After our stop at Hoover Dam, we drive through mountains down to Kingman where we stay overnight.

​

Day 3: Kingman - Flagstaff

The day starts with driving on one of the best-kept pieces of Route 66. We stop at the Hackberry General Store, and in the city of Seligman. Then we drive into the mountains to Prescott, on high mountain roads to the city of Jerome, then to the red mountains of Sedona. We finish the day in the cozy Route 66, Flagstaff.

Day 4: Flagstaff - Page

The day today offers one of the very great nature experiences, the Grand Canyon. We drive first to the Grand Canyon airport, where a helicopter ride will be possible in addition to this amazing scenery. We then drive along the Grand Canyon, and take several breaks along the way. We drive down the Grand Canyon again and drive through the Painted Desert to Horseshoe Bend, which is an impressive turn on the Colorado River. Shortly afterwards we arrive at Page where we stay overnight.

Day 5: Page - Moab, Utah

We start the day visiting another impressive dam, Glen Canyon Dam, located just outside Page. After Page we drive now into Indianerland, and to Monument Valley, where we make more stops at the impressive cliffs that we remember from many of the old westerns. We are now driving into Utah, driving towards Moab where we spend the night. Along the way to Moab we drive in beautiful scenery, with lots of impressive rock formations, and of course we take some breaks along the way.

Day 6: Moab

Just outside Moab, Arches National Park is located, where we start the day with a look at the impressive natural arches of the rocks. After Arches we take a tour of the beautiful scenery of Moab, and there will be a visit to Canyonlands National Park and the Dead Horse Point State Park, amazing scenery. We finish the day in the cozy city center of Moab, where we will stay overnight.

Day 7: Moab - Bryce Canyon

Yet another day with amazing scenery awaits ahead. First through deserted deserts, and then through the Capitol Reef National Park, where we must see ancient rock carvings. The day continues in beautiful nature through the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument before arriving at Bryce where we spend the night.

Day 8: Bryce Canyon - Las Vegas

We enjoy the motorcycles last day and start the day driving into Bryce Canyon National Park, where we will see the sunrise over the beautiful red rocks, a fantastic experience. We continue on to another super nature experience, where we will drive on the most amazing mountain roads through the Zion National Park, an impressive beautiful experience. We continue to Las Vegas where we deliver our motorcycles. We spend the rest of the day exploring this beautiful / crazy city and ending the day with a nice dinner together.

​Day 9: Las Vegas - Denmark

Return Day from Las Vegas. After departure, we go sightseeing, shopping or enjoying a last trip to the pool before we travel to the airport and hope for a good trip home.

Day 10: Denmark

Arriving in Denmark with goodbye, and we hope to see you again on one of Viking Motorcycle Tours fantastic travels.
