Day 1: Denmark - Las Vegas. Nevada.

The guides from Viking Motorcycle Tours take you to the airport in Las Vegas and drive you to our hotel. We hold a brief info meeting, and then relaxation and possibly a bite to eat before the quilts call.

Day 2: Las Vegas. 

We are going on sightseeing in wild fantastic Las Vegas. We start the day with a trip on The Strip and take a look at some of the impressive casinos. In the afternoon we take out and pick up our Harleyer, and the rest of the day is on our own, with the possibility of another visit to The Strip or a trip to the delicious pool at our hotel.

Day 3: Las Vegas - Lone Pine, California.

Our trip starts from Las Vegas with directions to California. We drive through Death Valley, which is the hottest place in the United States, and is among other things held by the Badwater Basin, which is the lowest point in the United States. After Death Valley National Park, we drive towards the Sierra Nevada mountains, and to the little cozy town of Lone Pine where we spend the night.

Day 5: Sonora - Reno, Nevada.

From Sonora we drive today to the most beautiful mountain roads to the beautiful lake of Lake Tahoe. We drive around the lake and enjoy the amazing views. We then drive back into Nevada to the Reno playground, where we will spend the night in one of the city's impressive casinos.

Day 6: Reno - San Francisco.

We leave Reno and drive through the mountains where we spend breaks in several of the ancient gold mining towns on the road to Sacramento, the capital of the state of California. The trip continues with the Pacific Ocean, and the day ends in exciting San Francisco, where we have 2 nights.

Day 7: San Francisco.

Day off in San Francisco. We go sightseeing in this exciting and beautiful city. Here we will see Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39, and there will be a trip to the Alcatraz prison island. After lunch downtown, we take a walk over the Golden Gate Bridge and visit Muir Woods where we take a stroll between the giant Redwood trees.

Day 8: San Francisco - Cambria.

We drive from San Francisco, where we have to drive on the amazing Highway 1 all day. We drive along the Pacific Ocean on one of the world's most beautiful roads, and take a lot of breaks to enjoy the amazing scenery scenery along the way. We have lunch in beautiful Monterey and drive through Carmel town before continuing south to Cambria where we spend the night.

Day 9: Cambria - Los Angeles.

We continue along the coast before heading for Los Angeles. On the way we visit, among other things, the Danish city of Solvang, and the coastal town of Santa Barbara. We take the beautiful coastal road at Malibu, known from a myriad of American films, before reaching the huge urban area in Los Angeles, where we have 2 nights.

Day 10: Los Angeles.

Day off in Los Angeles. We go sightseeing in this impressive city where we visit: Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Pier and end the day at Venice Beach, where there will be a dip in the Pacific Ocean.

Day 11: Los Angeles - Las Vegas.

From Los Angeles we drive through the mountains north of the city to Victorville, from which we drive on a piece of The Mother Road, Route 66, to the town of Barstow. We are now driving into the Mojave desert, where we visit the ghost town of Calico on the way. After the Mojave desert we arrive in Las Vegas, where we say goodbye to the Harley Islands, and we provide transportation to our hotel. In the evening, we will spend a last visit to The Strip.

Day 13: Denmark.

Arriving in Denmark with goodbye and hope to see you again on one of Viking Motorcycle Tours great motorcycle trips.
